Arthur Eugene Carter's Obituary
Arthur Eugene Carter , 76, of Cottageville, WV, formerly of Spencer, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021, at home.
He was born March 17, 1944, in Webster County, WV, a son of the late Robert Lee and Eva C. (Westfall) Carter.
He enjoyed eating good meals and watching old westerns.
Left to cherish his memory is his caretaker and longtime friend of 31 years, Rick Lane of Cottageville.
In honoring Arthurs wishes, there will be no public services at this time.
