Bernice Kathryn Fultz, 82, of Cottageville, WV, passed away July 12, 2021, in Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, WV, following an extended illness.

She was born May 21, 1939, in Leon, WV, a daughter of the late Ervine and Opal (Rollins) Stephens. Her son, Charles E. Durst; grandsons, Bobby Durst and Kevin Summers preceded her in death.

She was a former employee of the West Virginia Department of Highways and enjoyed flowers, gardening and her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Grover E. Fultz; sons, Clarence Ray (Kelly) Barnett of London, OH, Christopher (Emily) Fultz of Bidwell, OH; daughter, Crystal J. Barnett of Cottageville; brother, Walter Stephens of Leon; twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Private visitation was held Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with graveside services following in the Cherry Grove Cemetery, Cottageville, with Jim Green officiating.
