Betty Lou (Blankenship) Frazier , 85, of Ripley, WV, passed away August 21, 2020, at Camden Clark Medical Center, following an extended illness.

She was born February 18, 1935, in Inez, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Luther and Gladys (Preece) Blankenship. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Lynn Frazier; brothers, Donnie and Russell Blankenship; her first husband, Kelly Maynard and second husband, James Henry Frazier.

Betty was a homemaker and was a very proud parent of her three children. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. Betty was a lady who never met a stranger and loved talking and telling stories.

Survivors include her sons, Doug Frazier and his wife Brenda of Beaver, WV, Philip Frazier and his wife Tara of Walton, KY; daughter, Linda Kelly Stewart and her husband Bob of Arlington, TX; sisters, Lushie Herron, Becky (Al) Parsley, Helen (Gordon) Davis, Sharon Mills, Gail (James) Hammond; grandchildren, Mason and Jacob Frazier, Jennifer Stewart Gibson, Jessica Stewart; great grandchildren, Lila and Luke Gibson and numerous nieces and nephews.

Service will be 7 p.m., Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with Pastor Matt Ash officiating. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until time of service on Tuesday. Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at the Riverview Memorial Gardens, Louisa, KY.
