Billy Joe Randolph, 56 of Ripley, WV formerly of Cottageville passed away February 12, 2025 at his home following a sudden illness.
He was born May 13, 1968 in Kentuck, WV a son of the late Ronald Arlie and Betty Helen (Payne) Randolph. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother C. Michael Randolph.
He was a 1986 graduate of Ripley High School. In previous years Billy maintained several yards with his lawn care business.
Arrangements are pending at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV. In lieu of flowers donations are preferred.
