Brian Scott Mahan, 58, of New Lexington, OH, formerly of Ravenswood, passed away July 1, 2023, following a motorized bicycle accident.

He was born March 18, 1965, in Ravenswood, WV, a son of the late Russell Daniel Mahan and Lucille Vaun (Wilson) Mahan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Dan Mahan, Tim "Red" Mahan, Allen Mahan, and a sister, Pat Reed.

Survivors include his son, Brian Warner; brothers, David Mahan (Brenda) of Ravenswood, Robert Mahan of Parkersburg, William Mahan (Joyce) of Ravenswood, sisters; Mary Hall (Jerry) of Wilding, Joan Ellen Jones of Louisville, KY, Sharon Williams, of Cottageville and Rita Rhodes (Follie) of Washington; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 3 p.m. ~ Sunday, July 9, 2023 at Flatwoods Church Cemetery, Ravenswood, WV, with Rob Ely officiating.
