Carl Gene Holley, 68, of Ravenswood, WV, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022, in Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV, following injuries received in a house fire.

He was born September 10, 1953, in Hamlin, West Virginia, a son of the late William Samuel and Mary Marie (Eplin) Holley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Lawrence Holley, and a sister, Delores Salmons.

Carl worked as a carpenter in the construction industry and enjoyed C.B. Radios. He attended Fannin Chapel Church.

Survivors include his wife Judy Lynn (Clem) Holley; son, Carl Lee Holley; daughters, Melissa Holley, Jennifer Justice, and April Hart; sister Diana (Ricky) Roberts of Hurricane, WV; brother, William "Bill" (Donna) Holley of Gay; grandchildren, Charity and Serena Holley, Brittany and Brian Hart, Isaac, Zachary, Zoey and Isaiah Depoe.

Service will be 2 p.m. ~ Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood, WV, with Pastor Daniel Ahart officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time-of-service Saturday at the funeral home.
