Carolyn Ann (Cummings) Parrish, 76, of Ripley, WV, passed away March 27, 2025 in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, WV after a sudden illness.
She was born January 6, 1949 in Ripley, WV, a daughter of the late Herman and Marie Allene (Skeens) Cummings. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jean Balliett.
She was a former cashier in retail sales and a janitor. She enjoyed puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly D. (Parrish) Richardson of Ripley, WV; brothers, Dr. Rex Cummings of Ravenswood, WV and Bob Cummings of Cottageville, WV; sisters, Rita Winters, Marilyn Clendenin and Helen Sharp all of Ripley, WV; grandchildren, Ceirra Richardson of Ravenswood and Derek Richardson of Ripley; great grandchild, Quinn Richardson.
There will be no public services at this time.
