Charles Elvin Flowers Jr. 70, of Letart, WV, passed away September 8, 2025, at his home following a brief illness.

He was born July 10, 1955, in Charleston, WV, a son of the late Charles E. Flowers Sr. and Gertie Pearl (Dawson) Flowers of Sissonville, WV.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, T. Diane (Hall) Flowers, brother, Roland Flowers

He was a graduate of Ripley High School. He was a United States Army veteran. He was a former coal yard supervisor for A.E.P. Philip Sporn Plant and retired as a guard from Lakin State Hospital, West Columbia, WV. Charles enjoyed the outdoors and motorcycles.

Survivors include his son, Mike (Valerie) Flowers of South Charleston, WV; daughter, Lisa Flowers of New Haven, WV; sister, Sharon Salser of Bennettsville, SC; grandson, Ryan Flowers.

Private burial and service will be in Union Cemetery, Letart, WV where he will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife Diane.
