Cheryl Lynn Clark , 62 of Cottageville, WV passed away March 3, 2025 at WVU Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, WV following a brief illness.

She was born February 2, 1963 in Ripley, WV and was the daughter of the late Betty Marie (Patterson) Begunich.

Cheryl was a retired clerk with the Jackson County Tax Department and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter #16, Cottageville, WV. She enjoyed traveling, going to the beach, playing cards, fishing and she was a Baptist by faith.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Paul M. Clark; son, Jared Paul Clark (Amanda); daughter, Jessica M. Clark (Jonathan Ashworth); grandchildren, Annabell Clark, Andrew Clark, Zachary DeRito, Colten Clark, Olivia Ashworth, Logan and MacKenzie; brother, Michael Allman and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2025 at Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville, WV with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.
