Christopher Lee Lutz, 43, of Parkersburg WV passed away Sunday, June 7, 2026, at his home. He was born March 12, 1983 in Clovis, New Mexico, and grew up in Jackson County, WV. He was preceded in death by his father, Dale Lutz Jr. and paternal grandparents, Dale Lutz Sr. & Lynn Eoff

Christopher was a graduate of Ravenswood High School, where he played in the 1999 WV State Baseball Championships as a freshman, starting in left field, and lettered in football, baseball, and wrestling. He was an employee of Gribble Construction, was an avid sports fan, who loved WVU sports, and a full-fledged supporter of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Christopher also immensely enjoyed fishing, hunting and being in the great outdoors.

Christopher is survived by his parents, Sherri and Norse Angus, his son, Bryan Lutz and daughter, Elliana Lutz, both of Ravenswood. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Ralph and Barbara Angus, his sisters, Amanda Lutz, Bryana Angus, Heather Angus and Kristin McCartney, as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, whom Christopher loved dearly.
