Clarice Elaine (Sayre) Lester, 85, of Evans, WV, passed away July 20, 2020 in the Glenville Center, following an extended illness.

She was born October 28, 1934 in Evans, WV, a daughter of the late Clifford L. and Mary Jane (Morrison) Sayre. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Charles E. Lester; granddaughter, Elly Snider a brother and a sister.

Clarice was a homemaker.

She is survived by daughters, Jill E. Perez and June A. Snider both of Evans, and a sister.

Graveside service will be 7 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2020, at the Longview Cemetery, Evans, WV with Pastor Benjamin Riggleman officiating. Arrangements are being provided by Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV.
