David Worthie Siders, 70, of Ripley, WV, passed away August 31, 2025 in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, WV following a sudden illness.

He was born September 13, 1954, in Sissonville, WV, a son of the late Ola W. and Reba Ruthlee (Shamblin) Siders. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Lynn Siders; sisters, Conda Siders, Nina (Siders) Roush; brother, Ronald Edward Siders.

He was a graduate of Sissonville High School. He was a former pipeline and construction worker. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and sports.

Survivors include his son, James Worthie Siders and Jeffrey of Columbus, OH; brothers, Mayford Siders of Sandyville and Thaniel Siders of Ripley; sisters, Reba Jones of Iron Station, NC and Wanda Atkisson of Kenna.

Private burial and graveside service will be in the Mangus-Siders Cemetery, Romance, WV.
