Donald Nick Stutler, 47, of Leon, WV, passed away May 20, 2025 in Thomas Memorial Hospital, Charleston, WV, following an extended illness.

He was born March 18, 1978 in Point Pleasant, WV a son of the late Donald Ray Stutler and Patsey Sue (King) Barr of Leon. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Charles Barr.

He was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School and a Christian by faith. He was a former professional painter with over 20 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking, guns, cars, trucks, working on motorcycles and chainsaws, gardening, yard work and landscaping. His favorite thing was his beagle "Annie Girl".

Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Betty Jo (Hickman) Stutler of Leon; daughters, Keira Stutler (Jake Dent) of Cross Lanes and Samantha Pucino and Dennis of Warwick, R.I.; sons, Tristan Fultz (Jalin Gordel) of Saint Albans, Matthew Ciarapica of Leon and Robbie Ciarapica of Nitro; grandson, His pride and joy, Oliver N. Dent; step-father, Clayton Barr of Leon; brothers, Charles (Shelley) Barr of Pauline, SC and Don Allen (Paula) Barr of Leon; sister, Kay (Laura Vanness) Barr of Leon; favorite mother in law, Betty Hickman; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Service will be 1 p.m., Saturday ~ May 24, 2025 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV with Bud Absten officiating.  Burial will follow in Mount Tabor Church Cemetery, Leon, WV. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until time-of-service Saturday at the funeral home.
