Donna Jean (Riggs) Butcher, 61, of Sandyville, WV, passed away March 31, 2021 at Charleston Area Medical Center, Memorial Division, following a sudden illness.

She was born April 16, 1959, in Spencer, WV, a daughter of the late Jim and Evelyn Sue (Miller) Riggs. Her brothers, Wayne Sampson and Rick Riggs preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker and co-owner of BCA Fabrication with her husband Charlie.
She enjoyed her fur babies, sewing, and reading. Her family meant everything to her & she valued every friendship she made along the way.

Survivors include her husband, of 45 years, Charles Allen Butcher; son, Michael Allen Butcher of Ripley; daughter, Christina Lynn Curry (Greg) of Sandyville; brothers, Roger Sampson of Ravenswood, Jim Miller of Cleveland, OH; sisters, Sheila Petry of Ashland, VA and Nina Mullins of WV; grandchildren, Austin and Dylan Curry.

Her family is honoring her request for no funeral services.
