Geraldine Marie "Gerry" (McCutcheon) Dorsey, 90, of Marietta, OH, formerly of Ravenswood, WV, passed away November 10, 2024 in Elison Assisted Living, Marietta, OH, following an extended illness.

She was born December 30, 1933, in Gad, WV, a daughter of the late Joseph Eugene and Bonnie Lee (O'Dell) McCutcheon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald H. Dorsey; brothers, James, Raymond and Roger McCutcheon; sister, Evelyn Eagle.

She was a homemaker and a Baptist by faith. She enjoyed reading and music.

Survivors include her sons, Joseph Alan (Paula) Dorsey of Knoxville, TN and Michael Lane (Sue) Dorsey of Parkersburg, WV; daughters, Ronda Kay (Don) Alfred of Belpre, OH and Donna Lynn Winter of Simpsonville, S.C. ; 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. ~ Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley, WV, with Pastor Jeff Keffer officiating.
