Hattie Marie (Ramsey) Stewart, 87, of Belpre, OH, formerly of Ripley, WV, passed away December 13, 2025 in The Harmar Place Community, Marietta, OH.

She was born April 7, 1938, in Rockcastle, WV, a daughter of the late Guy Doyle and Sylvia Annis (Clinton) Ramsey.

She was a former waitress and housekeeper. She enjoyed Jeopardy, The Wheel of Fortune, puzzles and reading.

Survivors include her sons, Neal Alan and Kevin R. Stewart both of Ripley; daughters, Sherry Lynn Kessell of Cottageville and Jeanne Jeanette Goff of Belpre, OH; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Service will be 1 p.m. ~ Monday, December 29, 2025 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with Pastor Randy Parsons officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until time-of-service Monday at the funeral home.
