James Clifford Randolph, 93, of Ripley, WV, passed away Friday, November 29, 2024, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, WV, following a brief illness.
He was born July 5, 1931, in Jackson County, WV, a son of the late Charles Washington and Lucy Lugenia (Johnson) Randolph. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Lois A. Randolph; sons, James Randolph, Daniel Randolph, grandson, Jay Randolph, and several brothers and sisters.
Clifford graduated from Ripley High School. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and retired from United States Steel in Ohio with over 30 years of service. Clifford enjoyed fishing, camping, sports, and Bluegrass music.
Survivors include his grandchildren, Bradley, Ashley, and Joshua, along with several great grandchildren and extended family.
Private burial will be in the Kiser Cemetery, Kentuck, WV.
