James Dwight "Fuzz" Runion, 66, of Ripley, WV , passed away October 25, 2021, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, WV, following an extended illness.

He was born November 8, 1954 in Buffalo, WV, a son of the late John Chancey and Helen (Miller) Runion.

He was a former mechanic and enjoyed fishing, cars, motorcycles and his dogs and cats. He was a member of the Siniaville Community Church, Statts Mills, WV.

Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Melissa Dee (Scarberry) Runion; son, J. Dewight Runion of Ripley; daughter, Jessica Ann Runion of Ripley; brothers, Truman Runion of Cottageville and Franklin Runion of Sandyville; grandson, Levi Runion; and granddaughter, Arabella Runion.

Service will be 1 p.m. ~ Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Siniaville Community Church, Statts Mills, WV, with Pastor Danny Cummings officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at the church.
