James Dana Turley Jr., 72, of Evans, WV, passed away June 10, 2025.

He was born June 23, 1952 a son of the late James D. Turley Sr. and Doris Mae (Knuckles) Turley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Jean L. (Crosley) Turley.

He was a graduate of South Charleston High School and Fairmont State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He was a former employee of the West Virginia Department of Highways and the North Carolina Department of Transportation. He was a member of the N.R.A. and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, woodworking and tending to his plants and yard.

Survivors include his daughters, Angela Wheeler of Ringgold, GA and Theresa Davis of Hurricane, WV; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial visitation for friends and family will be 3 pm until 5 p.m. Saturday ~ June 21, 2025 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV
