Lester Joe Gandee, 56, of Evans, WV, passed away suddenly August 20, 2021.

He was born November 3, 1964 in Ripley, WV the son of Betty Louise (Barnette) Gandee of Evans and the late Billy Joe Gandee.

In addition to his father, his sister, Lisa Ann Gandee, also preceded him in death.

Joe was a retired night supervisor for PTI, Inc., (Custom Injection Molding) Point Pleasant, WV with 37 years of service. He enjoyed NASCAR, shooting pool and hunting.

In addition to his mother, he is also survived by his sister, Linda Eggleston of Evans; niece, Monica Engle of Bellefontaine, OH; nephew, Timothy Potter of Evans; great nieces, Brooklyn Potter of Ravenswood and Danica Engle of Bellefontaine, OH; great nephew, Joseph Engle of Bellefontaine, OH and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family members.

Service will be 7 p.m. Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV with Pastor Randy Parsons officiating.  Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home on Saturday.  Private burial will be in the Foster Chapel Cemetery.
