Johnathan Harley McClure, 40, of Leon, WV, passed away April 26, 2022, in Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, WV, following a brief illness.

He was born May 26, 1981, in Point Pleasant, WV a son of the late Karen Sue (Flora) McClure and Ronald Andrew McClure of Evans, WV.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother Jason Boaz.

He was a graduate Ripley High School and enjoyed hunting, shooting, and riding four wheelers. He was a butcher for Wolfe Slaughter House, Ripley, WV.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Jasmine Tiana Blaine McClure of Ravenswood; granddaughter, Emory Belle Riley of Ravenswood; grandmother, Judy Ann Moore of Evans; step-mother, Diane Bullard of Ravenswood.

Private family burial will be in Smith Church Cemetery, Leon, WV.
