Joyce Elaine (Bell) Richards, 74, of Ravenswood, WV, passed away June 10, 2023 at Camden Clark Medical Center following a brief illness.

She was born January 16, 1949, in Clarksburg, WV, a daughter of the late Robert Carl and Mary Leona (Cain) Bell.

She was a former employee of Head Start with 27 years of service and was a former foster grandparent. She enjoyed Pogo games, crossword puzzles, gardening and cooking. She attended Second Baptist Church, Ravenswood, WV.

Survivors include her sons, Cam Aquiar, Shawn Richards, and Dee Richards II; daughter, Diane Patterson; 10 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Judy Abels and Jane Conrad.

There will be no public services at this time.
