Juanita (Knox) Stutler, 79, of Ripley, WV, passed away March 20, 2021 at her home.

She was born April 17, 1941 in Ravenswood, WV, the daughter of the late Joseph Clay and Viola (Cummings) Knox. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Sandra Sanders, Ruby Bell Townsend, Emma Faye Allman and five great great grandchildren.

Juanita was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, canning and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a Methodist by faith.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Edgar Paul Stutler, Sr.; sons, Edgar Paul Stutler, Jr. and James Lee Stutler both of Ravenswood; daughters, Eva May Lyons of Evans, Nina Juanita Williams of Ravenswood, Barbara Jean Webb and Evelyn Faye Stutler both of Ripley; 14 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren and brothers, Robert Knox and Paul Knox both of Ravenswood.

Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV with Pastor Adam Nester officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Given. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
