Kimberly Jo (Kessler) Massey , 68, of Cottageville, WV, passed away September 3, 2025, in Ravenswood Care Center following an extended illness.

She was born October 11, 1956, in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Joseph Monte Kessler and Virginia Maxine (Colwell) Kessler of Hurricane, WV.

She was a graduate of Hurricane High School. She was a former employee of Henderson Insurance Agency and attended Good Shepherd Baptist Church, Scott Depot, WV. Her joys were her grandchildren and WVU Football.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 48 years, Robert E. Massey; son, Robert Joseph Massey of Hurricane; daughter Jennifer Elizabeth Larck and her husband Adam of Belmont, NC; brother, David S. Kessler of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, McKenzie, Silas, Danny and Jenna.

Graveside service will be 12 o'clock noon, Saturday, September 6, 2025 in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville, WV with Jason Kessler officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Kanawha Hospice.
