Loretta Rose McCoy , 80, of Ravenswood, WV went home to be with her Lord February 24, 2023 at Jackson General Hospital.

She was born December 9, 1942 in Parkersburg, WV, daughter of the late Castle Wingrove and Malva (Payne) Wingrove.

Loretta graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1961. She was a homemaker and a member of the Flatwoods United Methodist Church for 47 years. She enjoyed traveling, Ford Mustangs, going to flea markets, and her family. The apple of her eye were her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Loretta was preceded in death by her son, Bruce McCoy; grandson, Jonathon McCoy; brother, Lowell Wingrove and a sister, Lenora Bly.

Loretta is survived by her husband of 59 years, Eldon McCoy; son, Mark (Rebecca) McCoy of Ravenswood, WV; daughter, Diane (Chad) Foreman of Point Pleasant, WV; two grandsons, Travis (Emily) McCoy, of Pax, WV and Joel Foreman of Point Pleasant, WV; four granddaughters, Marisa McCoy, of Morgantown, WV, Caroline Foreman of Point Pleasant, WV, Bryce McCoy of Fairmont, WV and Julia McCoy of Ravenswood, WV; two great grandchildren, Shaylee and Dawson McCoy of Pax, WV.

Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home in Ravenswood, WV on Friday, March the 3 ^rd .

Committal service will be at Jackson County Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Cottageville, WV on Saturday March the 4 ^th at 11 a.m. with Chad Foreman officiating.
