Lorie Gail (Garnes) Starkey , 63, of Chillicothe, OH, formerly of Mason and Jackson Counties, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Berger Hospital, Circleville, OH, following a brief illness.

She was born January 8, 1958, in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Delmer and Dorothie (Robinson) Garnes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Kyle and second husband, Earl Starkey.

Lorie was currently employed as an associate manager with Big Lots and Marathon gas station in Circleville, OH. She lived her life doing what she could to be a help to others and enjoyed sewing, and arts and crafts.

Survivors include her children, Patrick Kyle and his wife, April of Letart, Emma King and her husband, Fredrick Jr. of OH; sisters, Reta Roush of Hartford, Pamela Mann of CO, Iva Oldaker of West Columbia; grandchildren, Autumn, Sabastian, Patrick, Salem, Kaine, Joseph, Neveah, Donald "Hunter", and Rhoda Mae.

Service will be 2 p.m., Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with Pastor Randy Parsons officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service on Thursday.
