Otie Charlotte Williams, 73, of Kenna, WV, passed away September 2, 2021 in Mountain View Care Center, Ripley, following an extended illness.

She was born September 17, 1947 in Sandyville, WV the daughter of the late Earnest Jerry and Amanda Florence (Hinzman) Robinson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Jerrold Williams and brothers, Everett Robinson, Paul Robinson and Jimmy Robinson.

Otie was a retired nursing assistant from Eldercare of Ripley, the former director of the Rhea House in Ripley, was active with Community Resources and she was a Christian.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, with whom she made her home, Melissa Williams Tolley; grandchildren, Sarah Ruth Williams, Aaron James Williams, Elizabeth Jean Williams, Ashley Dawn Williams, Sarah Lee Cummings (Roger) and James Carl Williams; great grandchildren, Grace Cummings and Jeremiah Cummings; brothers, Robert Robinson (Judy), Leonard Robinson (Mary Lou) and Donald Robinson; sister, Ruth Rhodes (Darrell) and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 5:30 p.m. Friday, September 17, 2021 at Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley, WV with James Green officiating.
