Patricia Ann (Hill) Westmoreland, 68, of Cottageville, WV, passed away January 14, 2024, at her home following an extended illness.

She was born January 22, 1955, in Ripley, WV, a daughter of the late Cecil Earnest and Mildred Lucille (Canter) Hill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Westmoreland, step-son Shannon Westmoreland; sister, Deborah Lynn Mahood and nephew Jason Eades.

She was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School and Parkersburg Community College with a degree in nursing. She was a former nurse for Pleasant Valley Hospital and enjoyed gardening, fishing and reading. She attended the Creston Church.

Survivors include her brothers, John E. Hill (Tina Benson) of Cottageville, Cecil Robert (Linda) Hill of Mt. Alto, WV; sister, Susan (Doug) Eades of Cottageville; special sister, Lisa (Jeff) Mead of Hartford; special friend Raymond and Debbie Justice; nephews, Gerrod (Jess) Eades, Scott (Auvi) Hill; niece, Staci (Cam) Anderson.

Service will be 1 p.m. ~ Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with Pastor D.J. Casto officiating. Burial will follow in Creston Cemetery, Evans, WV. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of the service Thursday at the funeral home.
