Roxanna Darlene (Douglas) Gwinn, 63, of Medina, WV, passed away June 30, 2026 at her home following an extended illness.

She was born May 24, 1963 in Columbus, OH, a daughter of the late Walter Loyd Douglas.

She was a homemaker and a former employee of Rite Aid Warehouse and K.S. of West Virginia. Roxanna was a former caregiver and a member of the Beech Grove Church, Medina, WV. She enjoyed her flowers and keeping and decorating the home.

Survivors include her mother, Dottie Lue (Rollins) Weaver; husband, Franklin Dale Gwinn; son, Trenton Douglas Donohew and his fiancé Jennifer of Charleston, WV; brother, Carl Douglas of Leon, WV; step-sons, Jeremy (Amber) Gwinn of Ravenswood and Randall (Sheila) Gwinn of St. George, UT; eight grandchildren.

Service will be 7 p.m. ~ Friday, July 3, 2026 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with Pastor Karen Ritchie officiating. Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. until time-of-service Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Michael J.
