Sandra Kay Miller, 70, of Millwood, WV, passed away May 28, 2025, in Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV, following an extended illness.

She was born October 22, 1954, in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of the late Dalton O. and Pansy (Parsons) Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Miller.
