Sheila Ann (McCulty) Hartshorn , 71, of Elizabeth, WV, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, WV, following an extended illness.

She was born June 20, 1949, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Olin McCulty and Anna (Smith) McCulty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alva Hartshorn; granddaughter, Brandi Edwards; great-grandson, Luca

She was the Director of Personnel for the Wirt County E.M.S since 2002. She received her degree in auto mechanics and automatic transmission from the West Virginia Rehabilitation Center. She enjoyed music and playing the banjo, violin and guitar. She enjoyed old movies and playing video games

Survivors include her son, Kasey (Misty) McCulty of Belpre, OH; daughters, Kimberly McCulty of Elizabeth, Samantha (Rick) Delaney of Palestine; brother, Vernon McCulty of Parkersburg; sister, Donna Crispen of Parkersburg; 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and a special nephew, Rick Crispen.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. ~ Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar, WV.  Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at the Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle, Elizabeth, WV.
