Steven Wayne Hess' Obituary
Steven Wayne Hess, 61, of Cottageville, WV, passed away May 22, 2023, in Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, WV, following an extended illness.
He was born April 1, 1962 in Manassas, VA, a son of the late Jennings Bryan Hess and Mildred (Totten) Makley.
Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Patricia Lynn (Lockamy) Hess; sister, Cathy Davis of Manassas, VA.
He enjoyed working on cars, animals, pets and computers.
There will be no public services at this time. Arrangements provided by Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV.
