Sylvia (Daniels) Parsons, 93, of Leon, WV, passed away September 30, 2022 at Mountain View Care Center, Ripley, WV, after an extended illness.

She was born August 7, 1929, in Fola, Clay County, WV, a daughter of the late Sam and Lucy (Humphrey) Daniels. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Parsons; sons, Mitchell Glen and Randal W. Parsons. She was also preceded by several brothers and sisters.

She was a graduate of Clay County High School and a former employee of Federal Mogul of Gallipolis, OH.

Survivors include her son, Ronald C. (Sheila) Parsons of Leon, WV; daughter, Patricia L. (David) Johnson of Huntington, WV; sisters, Ermil, Micky, Jewell and Vernie.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, October, 5, 2022 at Sunset Cemetery, Bickmore, WV.
