Teresa Jean (Caplinger) Bunner, 66, of Millwood, WV, passed away April 10, 2026 in Miletree Center, Spencer, WV, following an extended illness.

She was born January 10, 1960, in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Kenneth Werner Caplinger II and Donna Jean (Dawkins) Caplinger.

She was a graduate of Ripley High School. She was a Registered Nurse having worked for Health South, Jackson General Hospital and Ravenswood Care Center. She enjoyed helping others, camping, fishing, and driving in the country. She was a Christian by faith.

Survivors include her daughter, Amy Bunner; son, Joseph (Jessica) Bunner; brother, Michael (Lori) Caplinger; sister, Christy Ramsey; grandchildren, Livia Bunner, Chloe Ball, Savannah Ball, Emily Carpenter, Lily Good, Aleigha Bunner, Lexi Taylor; great grandchildren, Paisleigh Williams, Liehah Carpenter and Jetson Bunner.

Service will be 1 p.m. ~ Thursday, April 16, 2026 at Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood, WV with Pastor Mark Price officiating. Burial will follow in Ravenswood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 o'clock noon until time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
