W. June Click, 82, of Evans, WV went to her eternal rest on February 24, 2025, after an extended illness.
June was born in Camden-on-Gauley, WV February 13, 1943, a coal miner's daughter who spent her
early years growing up on a farm in Cowen, WV.
She graduated from Gauley Bridge (WV) High School in 1961. In 1964 she married the late Roger R.
(Sam) Click who was an engineering graduate of the WV Institute of Technology in Montgomery, WV.

Alabama and back to West Virginia with a brood of three kids in 1975.
June was known for her kindness, as well as wielding tough love when necessary. Her unwavering
devotion to her family was renowned. She was an enthusiast for Danielle Steele novels, jigsaw puzzles,
soap operas, pecan sandies and sun tea. She was her own best medical expert, thwarting nearly every
malady that life threw at her.
June said to her children, "never quit", and she led by example and by the grace of God.
Mrs. Click is survived by her three children, son Michael Click of Huntington, WV; son Eric Click (Jamie) of
Cross Lanes, WV; daughter Tiffany Huffman (Bob) of Evans, WV; brother Robert Hickman (Sherry) of Fish
Creek, WV; sister Shawn Withrow (David) of Montgomery, WV; three grandsons, one granddaughter and
two great-grandchildren.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Roger R. (Sam) Click; mother Vanita June Webb; father
Robert Hickman; & step-father Comer Webb.
